This 1940 Mercury Deluxe  Coupe is a real clean, real straight, solid car.   It was left in a garage with everything intact for many years.   This Mercury has a flathead motor that turns over perfectly.   It possibly runs with a little work.  The windows roll up and down good and the doors shut great.  There is typical rust in the rear bumper pan.  One or two floor pans needed and possibly drip rails as well.  Bill of sale only but can possibly file for a lost title.
